Returns

We hope you love your purchase, but if it isn’t quite right, we are happy to accept returns for online purchases.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in a resalable condition.

  • Gift cards, custom-made or personalised pieces, and sale items are final sale and non-refundable.

To request a return, email us at within 14 days of receiving your item. As a small business, we appreciate items being sent back within 7 days of return approval.

You are responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the item reaches us safely. We recommend using a trackable service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

If items are returned used, in a poorer state, or after 28 days from receipt, we reserve the right to deny the refund or deduct applicable costs from the refund amount.

International / EU Returns:

Clearly label all returns as RETURNED GOODS to avoid customs charges. Failure to do so will make you liable for any associated customs/duty charges.

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will refund the original amount minus initial shipping costs. PayPal purchases will have non-refundable PayPal fees deducted. If you received free shipping, our delivery costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Alternatively, we can issue a credit note for use on our website.

Refunds via your original payment method may take 5-7 working days to clear.

Faulty Items:

We thoroughly check all items before dispatch. Returns for faulty items are accepted only if the item was faulty upon delivery. Contact us at within 7 days of receipt with your order number, a brief description of the defect, and photos. We will resolve the issue promptly. Note that we do not accept returns for faults or damage occurring during transit.

We do not refund items that break or become damaged due to wear and tear after purchase. Vintage items are delicate due to their age. These items cannot be deemed as ‘faulty’.

Lost/Missing Items:

We do not refund orders marked as delivered with a Royal Mail/courier tracking number and proof of postage. We are not responsible for parcels missing after being accepted by a third party on your behalf. Ensure your address is correct at the time of purchase by checking all details before payment.
